Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and other online portals
• Research and approach potential clients in international and domestic markets
• Conduct calls/emails to prospective clients and pitch company services (Web/App Development, SaaS, eCommerce, etc.)
• Schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and present tailored IT solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Track sales targets and report on performance
• Work closely with the tech team to ensure alignment with client needs
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Maintain client satisfaction through consistent communication and support
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies
• Suggest improvements in the sales and business development process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a BDE/BDM in the IT industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of IT services and solutions like Web Development, Mobile Apps, eCommerce, etc.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) is a plus.

• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
